I spoke with a customer service rep. here and they also allow all competitor coupons and save a lot $/$$. However, they will not stack them, you have to do separate transactions. And she told me that coming up soon they are changing their coupon policy because people are abusing the competitor coupons, specifically BJs. She said she didn’t know exactly what was changing, but it was corporately.
You may stack store and manufacturer coupons(not sure about competitor too, have never tried)
They also allow overage as long as you have other items to cover the overage, they will not owe you money in the end.
