They’ve changed their policy to only accepting Bruno’s and Whole Foods coupons now. 🙁

This is true. It started late May they said. I didn’t know and I went to pay at the register and it kinda screwed it up but not much.

This store takes so few competitors coupons that they have no clue what they are doing. I have had to call the manager multiple times and tonight the customer service manager told me that I could not use coupons that exceeded the price of the item and argued with me that was their store policy. Their store policy clearly states that the coupons cannot exceed the price of the whole order not each item. I am completely done with the Vestavia store. It is fraud to post a coupon policy and then change it at the register. If this was a one time occurance, I could over look it, but this has happened too many times. Very disappointed in this location.
