The $3/10 Deli/Bakery coupon is supposed to be for Food Lion’s meal deal. Its been out for a few months now if you go to create a meal on their site. Technically you could get away with using it at Publix on Bakery items, but it doesn’t seem that’s how it was intended to be used.
Thanks for your opinion Amy–The wording on the coupon states: $3 off next $10 Deli Bakery Purchase at Food Lion. I always check the wording on a coupon to ensure that I am using it based on the printed requirements.
I agree Michelle, the wording is not very restrictive. I plan on utilizing this for Publix Deli and Bakery items to make my own heros. (or hoagies as they are know down here). I do not feel like it is a matter of ‘getting away with’ anything utilizing it for the deli and/or bakery at Publix. If it had been more restrictive and said “on a Food Lion’s meal deal” then I would feel I was restricted to buying the Deli’s premade food, salads and Bakery bread.
Used the new FLIP today thanks to you! Got really cheap Chinese food from the Deli today. 🙂 Thanks again Michelle!
