There is also a tearpad Q out there for $1 off produce wyb Hefty Fresh Extends! (Coupon is rather large with a green background and picture of bananas) If you combine all three, that means package of bags and $1 worth of produce FREE!
Is this a typo? I don’t get it. On the A1 post “Use two $2/1 + buy $2 of meat and pay $19 for two bottles of sauce and $2 worth of meat!”
A-1 is a great deal. First get 2 bottles of A-1. Reg price is 4.19 each but they are on sale buy one get one free. So then it is 4.19 for 2 bottles. Then you use 2- 2.00 off 1 a-1 sauce coupons found in sunday papers making it .19 cents for 2 bottles, that is a great deal but there is another coupon found at publix; buy 2 A-1 sauce and get $2 off meat. So you get $2 worth of meat and 2 bottles of a-1 for .19 cents
Kraft Deluxe mac & cheese or Velveeta Deluxe shells and cheese is still a pretty good buy at $1.49 essentials price – the $1/1 Kraft IP from the cookingwithkraft.com site.

Is anyone else missing the $4/1 6/28rp coupon for kingsford? I get the ajc and gwinnett daily post so maybe it just didn’t come out in my papers.

I did not get them either…but I went ahead and listed the coupon in case someone wanted to trade for them! I saw them on ebay for cheap…but I am farily stocked with meat and have a gas grill–so I may sit this one out 🙂

I tried to get the Tylenol today (priced $3.47) using the $2 Publix Q from the Summertime Savings book and a $1 MQ, and the register beeped saying that I used too many coupons, so I had the (rude) cashier call the (rude) manager over, and the manager said I could not combine those Qs because at the bottom of the Publix one it says “Cannot combine with other coupons.” Has anyone else had this problem combining these two coupons? Everything in my transaction had a coupon associated with it – maybe I just needed to add a non-coupon filler item in (like with Walgreens register rewards?)
FYI this manager also did not want to let me use 2 MQs for a BOGO and basically made me feel like I was robbing the store, even though the register accepted those no problem. I hate that managers are unaware of the Publix coupon policy. This seems to be a chronic problem in the South Florida stores.
There is also a $1/2 philly cream cheese coupon in the new summer savings book, I believe its a PUBLIX STORE coupon?? If so, you can pair that with the manuf coupon

The coupon in the Summer Savings book is for the SOFT cream cheese that comes in the 8-oz tubs…and the sale this week is for the 8-oz box kind. So–I didn’t list it as a match. BUT-I am checking to see if the box is indeed considered SOFT cream cheese??? Thanks!

The same thing happened at my store, the register beeped because I had more coupons than items. Then I took my receipt and unused coupons to the service desk and they made an adjustment for me.

It always saddens me to hear things like this. I absolutely love my Publix and have a good repor with the staff there. I say if you are being treated unfairly then get on the horn and start doing something about it. You should NOT be made to feel badly about using 2 coupons on a BOGO.
If you would like to give the manager a chance first- then I say go in and talk to him and tell him how he & the cashier made you feel. See if he does a turn around and talk over policy with him. If he doesn’t change his tune, or you just feel like you shouldn’t have to talk to him, you should call corporate and tell them you would like to get a call from the district manager. Explain to the dist. mgr your issues with the store and the rude behavior from the manager and the cashier and see what kind of response you get then.
It is a shame that some stores do not uphold the high standards of customer service that Publix as a company strives for. But if the higher levels of management are never alerted to a problem, then it makes it extremely difficult for them to address it.
