NOTE: If you have ANY concerns about your purchases I would recommend you email Kristen! If anything were to go wrong with your rebate you will have an email directly from her regarding your concerns. PLEASE know that I am passing info on to help clarify some questions I have received! Make sure you read all the fine print on the rebate form and if you are confused– email Kristen for clarification as I do not want to mislead you and have you not earn your rebate.
Several of you have emailed me about the Kraft Full Plate Rebate–I have yet another update 🙂
Jamie was kind enough to pass on the email she received from Kristen. In that email Kristen does say that the amount paid for a gift card can be used to meet the $50 purchase requirement!
She also confirmed that ANY Jell-O product would count as it was not specified.
I am not sure how the following will work as I am not sure how the items are listed on the receipt but here is Jamie’s question followed by Kristen’s response (starred in green)
1. To receive the $10 gift card, I understand that you have to purchase 4 different Kraft products. Does that mean it has to be 4 completely different things and not just different flavors? For example, can I buy 4 different flavors of Kraft BBQ sauce or do I have to buy 3 more completely different products besides the BBQ sauce.
* If there are different flavors, so we consider them 4 different items
I just assumed that different flavors would not be accepted but apparently I was wrong! I have already purcahsed all 12 items for my rebate and am still working on getting the $150 requirement but this might be helpful for others!
Kristen also confirmed that the $50 requirement was after coupons. Hope this helps!!
Thanks so much Jamie!!
Hey! I went last night and bought my Kraft goodies…BUT after taking a closer look the small box of pudding is 1.4 oz and the rebate says it has to be 2 oz. +–So looks like I am going back!!! What are the BEST things to buy–for the least amount of $ in your opinion?
Hi! I am so confused on this rebate. So could I buy my 12 items on one receipt that did not total $50 but submit other Publix receipts that match the time frame and total $150 but have no qualifiers on the receipts?
I thought you had to buy 4 products AND your total had to be $50 (all on same receipt??) no?
Yes but you can do it THREE times to get $30 in GC’s!
In my email to Kristen, I did NOT ask about the small boxes of Jell-o. She did say that she would take any Jello product in her response but since the rebate form does say products have to be 2oz, I played it safe and bought the big box of Jello. Would hate for someone not to get their GC because of a mis-interpretation of her email response. 😉
how long is this running? also if i were to buy 4 products on 3 diff. reciepts but the total after tax and coupons was not 150, could i then use any of my reciepts from then on to make my total 150.
Go here for the specific details…http://www.cookingwithkraft.com/pdf/fullplate-offer-form.pdf
You have until 8/9/09 to make your purchases–there is also a list of particpating items on the form (in that link)
So, can I use Starbucks coffee ice cream items? I still have a raincheck from when these were on sale and $2 off coupons. I guess I could get different flavors?
I am still confused…For example I have two reciepts that are in the $80 and $100 range and one reciept has 6 of the items on it (and there are not four different items of the kraft products but between the two receipt I have the required 4 items that are different X 3)and another reciept has 6 of the items on it and the last reciept has no kraft items on it but it is for $100.00 and in that time range. This wouldn’t work?
I just received an e-mail from Kristen saying that they changed the requirement to be $50 total BEFORE coupons. She also said that gift card purchases would count. Yeah! I bought (5) $50 BP gift cards yesterday. Now all I need to do is buy my 12 qualifying items. 😀
Could you let us know what Kristen’s email address is so that we can also email her? I would like to have something in writing that comes to my personal inbox.
Thanks!
It’s a good thing JoEllen checked with Kristen, because changing the requirements on the fly could get them in trouble with the AGs of various states. Nowhere on the form does it state the $50 in purchases has to be AFTER coupons, it simply states “$50 in Publix purchases”. If you have the cashier hit Subtotal before you start handing over any type of payment (cash, CC, check, Qs), it will show your “$x in Publix purchases”. Kudos to them for noting that $50 BEFORE Qs will count (as it rightly should, unless the original form noted “$50 in Publix purchases after any discounts, coupons, etc”).
