This is not related to the inserts, but I was unsure where to ask this…. Do you get a response from publix when you complain about couponing at certain stores? I had a horrible experience today and I just wrote a lengthy letter to the general publix website. Should I also go to the manager and disctrict manager??? help!!!
Reagan, not directed at me, but if you submit something to the website (complaint), the store manager from the store at which you had a problem will call you
