This week, the Publix in Mauldin,S had a coupon up at least one day that said they weren’t accepting printables anymore. I called and the manager said they were, but as of 8/15, their coupon policy is changing– they will no longer accept Rite Aid, Walgreens, CVS, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, or Target coupons. They will only consider Bloom, Ingles and Bi-Lo their competitors from now on. Woodruff Rd store in Greenville, SC confirmed the same thing! 🙁
I’m new to the world of couponing, and trying to figure all this out. What does FLIP stand for? And where do you get store coupons? (I have MC from online covered.) And what is a tearpad and where do I find them? Basically, do you have a couponing for dummies post you could point me towards please?!

Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂
One of my local stores recently stopped accepting Rite Aid or CVS (right across the street)coupons but now they accept Food Lion (I have never even seen a Food Lion and I think the closest one is 20 miles away.) It doesn’t make sense but whatever. LOL
