Is it just me or do the bogo items just repeat and repeat…. I have plenty of A1, Ritz, chips, hot dogs, salad dressing etc. I hope they start doing something new instead of just continually putting the same things BOGO every couple of weeks.
Looks like a pretty slow week for me, but that’s ok, I can use a break right now.
Bailey, I was thinking the same thing. When I’m only buying a few things, I try to take extra time to look for booklets, blinkies, etc…
I looked in both the 8-2 smartsource and can’t find the A1 coupon. Is it possibly a typo?

I definitely don’t need more A-1- but what I do need is meat and chicken!!! That is why I am so excited about it. There is a $2 off meat or poultry wyb 2 Kraft products- 1 of them is A1. So for every 2 A-1s I buy- I will pay 19 cents (what the A-1s will cost me after Qs) for $2 worth of meat or chicken. These tearpads have been in Winn Dixie and I have also seen them in Publix- so keep your eyes glued for them! There is also another A-1 tearpad that will work out well for this deal- It is $1 off Beef when you buy A-1 Steak Sauce or Marinade. So for every 2 you buy you can get $2 worth of beef. I have also seen these tearpads in both Publix and in Winn Dixie. There has been a little A1 red wire shelf unit about 2 feet wide by 4 feet high in the Winn Dixies w/green 55-cent Qs around the necks of the bottles and I have seen the tearpads attached to these. Also- check the beer aisle- as there is an almost identical tearpad for $3 off beef wyb A-1 and Budweiser and I have seen both these tearpads stuck to a one sheet display hanging from the beer coolers in a few stores. In Publix- I have seen them in the meat windows where some stores put out little pamphlets and seasonings and sauces on the ledges. Good luck!

The A1 was in the 8-16 SS not the 8-2 SS.

the kibbles n bits coupon would not print for me even after I wasted a bunch of time registering for it
I found a $1 off 2 boxes of Nabisco cookies or crackers coupon in the “Save $55 throughout the year” Nabisco calendar booklet. This should work for the Ritz BOGO. I wanted to get the free box of crackerfulls, but wasn’t going to do it if I didn’t have a Q for the Ritz.

The BEST “user friendly” Publix to go to in Columbus is the East Bradley Park store! Would not recommend going to Schomburg Road at all!
You are so right everythime I shop there they have attitudes, the laddies. Christina was very rude, nasty, and had a very bad attitude. She didn’t honor my raincheck. She sent me out the door with out my items. According to customer service 800 number she was supposed to honor it. I guess she didn’t want to made up her own personal rule because I am black. Next person I’m going to call out is the real skinny lady with long stringy hair that comes mid back on her she works behind customer service. She had an attitude. I sensed it and so did my coworker.
Maybe the above posters got a bad cashier, but I love Publix on Schomburg Rd. I have used coupons on three transactions now, at the end, and three different cashiers. All have been very pleasant. I love this Publix!
I have been shopping at this Publix for almost a year, and have only ever had trouble with one cashier…I think she is an assistant manager. Lately there have been these young guys working there who cheer me on and place bets on how much I will save LOL. Also, the registers seem to be programmed so that they never or rarely beep, unlike the Macon Road location which rejects coupons all the time. As long as I don’t get that one picky cashier, I always get my overage and doubles (even if coup says DND).
Just a heads up:
The store manager has since changed. The new guy’s name is Russ Hare.
Also, I may be a tad bit biased, but this store is, by far, the best in town. The staff is friendly and customer service is their #1 priority.
No complaints about any Publix, but Schomburg Road store is excellent.
Oh, and one more thing, deli service is best in town … hands down!
