Ok–I just couldn’t stand the thought of missing out on the P&G cookware deal…so I called the 1-877-733-5849 that was listed on the pic I posted. Linda in the promo department was so helpful! YOU GUYS DO NOT NEED A MIR FORM!!
All you have to do is send the following:
- Name
- Full Address
- Phone Number
- Name of retailer where you purchased your products
- List the last 5 digits of the UPC of all products your purchased
- A copy of your receipt. Original not needed she stated that a copy was fine–but make sure all products are on one receipt!
Send all requirements to this address:
P&G Cancer Awareness Promotion
P.O. Box 49221
Strongsville, OH 44149
BTW–I did ask if coupons could be used and Linda replied of course! So you just need to purchase $25 worth of P&G products. Here is what I bought today…I can always use TP and mascara. I will happily take cookware for a dime 🙂
Product | quantity | price | cost | coupon | Total | Q used |
Covergirl Mascara | 8 | 2.39 | 19.12 | 24 | -4.88 | eight $2/1 Pink P&G flyer & eight $1/1 P&G insert |
Charmin 8-pk | 2 | 2.99 | 5.98 | 1 | 4.98 | two $.25/1 P&G insert |

I have recieved a few emails asking for scenarios —so if anyone cares to share–leave yours in the comments for all to see!
I actually found some rebate forms this morning and grabbed a couple extra. They are on the top of a pink cardboard display.
Know just to make sure $25 is pre coupons right? H
So can they be purchased at any store? I did the Bounce/Tide deal at CVS this week, and have exactly $25 on one receipt. Would that work?
If anyone has anymore ideas of what to buy on sale, I would love to hear them.
I am also curious about if CVS would work. I did the Bounty/Charmin deal for $26. Otherwise I have 11 Cover Girl mascaras on one receipt for $26.29 from Publix but that was BEFORE coupons. I wonder if that matters?
I called and CVS isn’t one of the participating stores. 🙁 You can call for and they’ll tell you what stores are participating in your area.
The $25.00 is after coupons and tax. And this is one per household.
I went to Publix today…
4 Dawn Direct Foam $2.99 – $1.50 MFR – .55 StoreQ = .94 each x 4 = $3.76
3 Cover Girl Mascara $2.39 – $1.00 MFR – $2.00 StoreQ = .61 overage x 3 = $1.83 overage
2 Cover Girl Mascara $2.39 (I ran out of MFR Qs) – $2.00 StoreQ = .39 each x 2 = .78
1 Charmin 6 pack $2.99 – .25 MFR – $1.00 StoreQ = $1.74
Minus the $3.00 off wyb 5 P&G items.
Total before Q’s: $26.90
After Q’s:
$3.76 + .78 + 1.74 = $6.28 – $1.83 – $3 = $1.45 oop!!
The system wouldn’t allow my cashier to put all the coupons through since there were so many, but a nice manager came over and put them through with no problem. 🙂
Where did you get the store q for the cover girl? I have looked all over for them?
I just checked my Publix and the cheapest Covergirl Mascara is $3.99. Where are you finding the $2.39 item? Also the $3/5 says it cannot be combined with any other coupon.
Cheryl —Cover Girl is 40% off (last day for us in GA–new ad starts tomorrow) As for the $3/5 I don’t have one to look at the restrictions (not used in my scenario as we didn’t get them here in metro Atl)
Buy 18 Oral B Indicator Toothbrushes
– use 9 B1G1 Free (exp. 9/30)
– use 18 $1/1 Publix Q’s from Live Well booklet (from January I think)
$27 total
– $31.50 in coupons
= $4.50 moneymaker
That’s what I’m talking about…..
For those that used the Clean in Your Cart booklet q’s- check your receipts to see if you have a total of $25 in them, this is effective 9/11/09, so those after that date would qualify.
Does anyone have the list of participating stores, is Target one of them?
Here was Reagan’s awesome scenario:
She had a Rain Check for the Crest White Strips: “the small box was $16.99. There was a $10 manufacturer coupon in recent papers and a Publix coupon for $7 off. I got 2 boxes of crest white strips for only tax ($2.38). I did this 8 times for a total of 16 boxes and will send all of my family and friends a cookware set!!! I’m excited! ”
Great job Reagan! I am going to do a few scenarios myself and surprise a few family members too 🙂
What exactly is this cookware deal? I have not seen anything about it here.
Shannon
Shannon–you can see it here: https://www.old.iheartpublix.com/?p=3662
Okay I just called to see who is participating. No to cvs, walgreens, rite aid, target, walmart, costco and bj’s. The only one I got a yes on is publix.
Michelle, I called the number listed and the lady I talked to said it had to be 25$ AFTER coupons, so no you can’t spend just 2bucks or so after coupons and get the cookware!! this is sad, anyways, I was calling about doing it at Kmart and it is not listed as a store participating
Hey Hal
I will try calling back–I was not told that and specifically asked if coupons could be used to reduce the out of pocket cost and whether that would affect the $25 threshold…I was told that as long as you bought the $25 in products –coupons didn’t matter. Do you remember who you spoke to?
There is no mention of the $25 total being post coupon on the MIR…so make sure to make copies of your info that you send in!!
Hi Micelle,
I called the other day as well and Debbie told me that yes coupons would be deducted. I told her how some stores do not tell you what the coupon was, just states “vendor coupon” and the amount removed. She said, “well if it doesn’t state what coupon it was then it will not be taken off of the amount.”
So I know at publix, unless it is a Publix coupon, it will not state what the coupon was used on so you should not have any problems. I know that some stores will put the coupon directly underneath the product used, now that would create an issue.
Publix is also the only store that I found in my area that is considered a participating store. CVS, Rite Aid, Kroger, Target, Walmart and Kmart are not accepted. I did find a link at a Bi-lo store that is participating.
Not all P&G products are being accepted either. She ran down a list of things for me but I didn’t get chance to write them all down. But I specifically asked if all P&G products were being accepted and she said no. So I would recommend calling first to check and see if your planned shopping trip will be accepted.
Georgia
Yes, I thought about that after I spoke to the lady, it does not specify what coupon matched up with each item unless it is a Publix one!!! So I am going to Publix to do my deal…yes she also said not all P/G products qualify, just the ones pictured on the MIR that Michelle had posted.
hi, does the receipt have to be in october?? well i have crestwhite strips on sale for 16.99 (wb 22.99) -mfr q $10 pblx q $7, pampers sensitive wipes 6.33 mfr q $2 pblx q $1 and cascade 3.49 mfr q $1 pblx q $1, total is $26.82 – q’s -$23.00. so $3.62 not bad.
Hi Michelle,
I picked up the MIR form today at Publix and posted the list of items included, incase your readers want the list. Thanks for the scenarios. Love PUBLIX!
I would love to know what’s on the list of approved items!
Anybody get theirs yet???
I mailed my rebate offer in, on October 3rd. Still have not received it. That is over 2 months!! I hope they are not picking it apart to disqualify offers. I bought over $31.00 worth of products, but coupons brought the total under $25.00.
