Question about the Target coupons — The cashier at my Publix says that the MQ with the Target bullseye is a MQ coupon and not a competitor coupon. Is this correct?? Or, should I question further with customer service?? I can see why it would be and I can see why it wouldn’t be. Just want to know what is correct so I can save the most money 😉 Thanks!!
