UPDATE: There is also a $2/1 Post Shredded Wheat, Grape Nuts, or Raisin Bran PRINT –makes for an even better deal if these cereals are included (thanks to all my commenters 🙂 )
Christie over at Birmingham Bargain Mom emailed me a great deal. Finally we can score a good deal on adult cereal 🙂
Did you guys notice that Post cereal is on sale BOGO $4.27?! If the sale includes Post Grape-Nuts, Shredded Wheat, Or Raisin Bran Cereals check out Christie’s deal:
Buy 4 Post Cereal
Buy a gallon of milk- (btw–there are no exclusions on the Q you can get Organic milk, soy, whatever!!)
Use two $1/2 Post Grape-Nuts, Shredded Wheat, Or Raisin Bran Cereals, Any 10 Oz. + Boxes – 01-17-10 SS
Use the Free gallon of milk wyb 4 Post Cereal Yellow Advantage Buy Flyer Coupon
Pay $6.54 for milk and 4 boxes of cereal! Since the milk is almost $3 I’d say that is a pretty good deal!
Thanks so much Christie!!
Shouldn’t the $2/2 from http://www.postnatural.com/ work also (you have to sign up)?
It’s actually a $2/1 – even better!
AND…can we use the free 1/2 gallon of chocolate milk when you buy a gallon of milk, with that deal too???
I am going to answer as many as I can in one post 🙂
I am not sure if these cereals will be included–better to be ready just in case is my thought!
Yes you can definitely throw in the FREE choc milk Q and the free milk Q when you spend $100.
RE Free gallon MQ + Free gallon store Q– Since one Q is a store Q and the other is a MQ you can use both on one gallon of milk.
Using 2 of the $2/1 coupons and 1 of the $1/2 coupons…that would make 4 boxes be $3.54. Plus free milk and possible free chocolate milk! Right?
I just printed the coupon and it’s $2/1 Post Shredded Wheat, Grape Nuts, or Raisin Bran (does not specify Natural Advantage). It only let me print one. Hope that helps!
I have a $1/2 Target q too for Post cereal in my Flip, clip and save. Will the free milk q in the adv. buy flyer really work for soy? Soymilk is all we drink so I tend to ignore milk q’s. THere are no gallons of soy though, I’d have to buy 2 1/2 gallons…. I think I’ll ask on this one first:)
michelle- is there a strong possibility that these cereals will also be included? since the ad doesnt say they will?
lol – I was just about to post what Leigh Ann posted – throw in that half gallon of chocolate milk as well 🙂
Frugal minds think alike Erin 😉
I got this deal the other day: 2 2/1 post cereal coupons and 1 1/2 plus the free milk with four post cereals at 2 for 5. I got four boxes and milk for 5 bucks!
Our milk in Spartanburg SC is 3.39 and never any cheaper so this is a really good deal for us.
Ok, here is my crazy question. I have the free milk wyb $100 of groceries, manuf q. Can I stack that with my free milk wyb 4 post cerial, store q, on one milk and keep the overage?
I think you have to get 2 milks free 🙂
I got a buddy to sign up & print her POST coupon for me at work…now I have 2!! That will be four boxes of cereal & a gallon of milk for $4.27!!
is anyone is planning on going shopping tomorrow, can you please update us as to whether these cereals are included in the deal, and if it works?. Thanks!!
One thing not mentioned is that Post Shredded Wheat and Grape Nuts are an Advantage Buy 2/$5 right now so this deal is doable at that price and in the coming weeks we can do it again. Yippee I got 4 $2/1 coupons!
That is a great deal! Thanks for bringing it to our attention! I discovered a $1.50 of 2 of the cereals coupon in my coupon binder. It is an Internet coupon exp. 2/16/10, so it might have been a while since I printed it.
I just tried and it said the coupon is no longer available.
I got the message that the $2 printable had expired
Per what Lana said, I went for the Advantage Buy on the Shredded Wheat at 2 for $5. I used two of the buy 2, save $1 coupons. I do have one $2 off one box coupon, but intend to save it in case Shredded Wheat goes BOGO tomorrow. The gallon of Mayfield milk I bought was $4.89. So I spent $8 altogether on four boxes of cereal and a gallon of milk. Not nearly as good as others did, but great for us compared to some weeks!
My store started yesterday. Sorry to say, but these cereals were not part of the BOGO but still a great deal with the advantage buy.
