My new year’s resolutions this year included saving more money and losing weight.  Well… I am doing GREAT saving money but my quest to lose weight is not progressing as I would like!!
My buddy Sheril over at Your Future Figure has a great post that I thought would be great to share with you all as it really gave me a new perspective.  Sheril confessed while shopping one day she looked at her thighs in the dressing room mirror and was down in the dumps afterward.  How many of you all can relate to that one…I know I can. 
Sheril quickly points out that those mirrors in the dressing room are not a true measure of health and well being. Sometimes we need to re-evaluate.  A mirror is not the only method (or even the most accurate) means to evaluate wellness and health!!  It’s nice to be reminded that perspective is needed at times!!
