Sheril over at Your Future Figure has a post for us today that reminds us how to “Get Back to Basics”
You know often we forget about the little things that we can do to keep us healthy and happy!  It is so nice to get a little refresher on simple things that we can do to get big changes!  I love her reminder that when you are hungry–try drinking water!  Sheril says that there is research showing that many people mistake thirst cues for hunger, which if done enough times, can also lead to dehydration.  So be careful and reach for a cool, refreshing bottle of water first.
