At my store, they were on sale for $1.25 each AND there were $1/1 Cool Whip coupons attached to the strawberries. Since Cool Whip is on sale BOGO, they were FREE, plus overage!

At my store they were $1.25 with a $1 off cool-whip sticker. Coolwhip is BOGO for $1.99 here so I added it to the deal.

I’m so happy about this. I purchased this the other day and when I got home from work, my son ate the entire cake. So I had no strawberry shortcake! Today I got it again and told him under no circumstances is he to open the cake until I cut it first!
thanks so much for the heads up on this. I got 4 of the large cakes, 4 strawberries and four cool whip for $2.94! We needed these sooo bad for a function at my church. We’re on a tight budget so this was definitely a perfect storm.

I didn’t have coupons for Sara lee and strawberries don’t have any peelies either ( I have been looking for them for a week). I used only coupon from Yellow Flyer, but I still think that it’s a good deal to pay $1.39 for 1 pack of strawberries + 1 pound cake.
