Right now you can score Yakisoba noodles for 10¢ each. I am guessing if you have teenagers at home or college students you will probably love this deal. I have a few of these in my stockpile and have yet to use them…anyone know a good recipe using these babies??

I have not bought this brand…but if they are like ramen…you can break them into pieces, toast/saute them then add to an asian inspired slaw or stir fry as ‘crunchies’ if that makes sense!!
I got several bags of the Eat Smart veggies last week so I’ll probably prepare these and then toss them in with stir fried veggies and chicken.
bought them with intention of taking to my church’s food bank. Don’t think I can stomach the thought of eating them…
Add a dash of soy sauce to them & a bag of steamfresh stirfry veggies & serve. Also if you use only about 1/2 the seasoning package (or less) you really lower the salt & they aren’t all that bad.
I use them a couple ways…toss the MSG packet….Cook in broth (or water…but we make a lot of chicken so broth is plentiful). Add a dash of powdered ginger and soy sauce in cooking water. Then add some ‘veggies’ you like (I use tofu, mushrooms, whatever…) Then to serve I pour all in bowl over some bean sprouts and, left over chicken, steak, shrimp or whatever I have pieces of in the fridge. OR you can make an awesome Bok Choy salad!! Chop bok choy (don’t cook) and toss with sliced almonds and broken up noodles (uncooked and broken fairly small). Mix together some soy sauce, veggie oil and LOTS of sugar to create a dressing. Toss altogether just before serving and it’s FABULOUS!!
These are yummy (especially the cheese one), but one caveat. One package is actually two servings (not one) so if you are preparing them as directed on the package, double the calorie and fat content numbers!
These are my favorite brand of ramen–they are really good.
I was at Publix today and they were $0.79 each at my store! Is there a coupon I am missing???
Dacula, GA they are 5 for $3.00
They taste great but boy are they heavy in calories! the package is about 500 to 600!! But I love the spicy chicken as is after a workout… hehehe can’t let go my craving since I reallly reallly love SALT!
Orlando, FL 79 cents each…still not a bad deal with the Q
I thought it tasted pretty good (I used half the seasoning packet). Toss in some grilled chicken and a bag of steamed veggies and you have enough to feed 2 adults, 2 kids! I have 2 preschool boys, too. 😉
