The light shrimp alfredo sounds great, and it was also a great idea about the marinade. Fortunately our local Albertson’s has the boneless/skinless chicken breasts on sale this week for $1.88/lb as I was getting low. Now I’ll take some of those and throw freeze in a marinade to try on my ceasar salad recipe. Love it! 🙂 Thanks to you and Laurie!
