If you buy 4 packs of OM beef franks and use the Target B3g1 free coupon with (2) of the $1 off 2 coupons, you can score 4 packs of hotdogs for $2! I am gonna freeze them and use them for my son’s bday party in July. woohoo!!!

Here’s the scenario in the land of true BOGO:
Get 4 OM beef hot dogs: 1 = $4, 2 = free, 3 = $4, 4 = free = $8
Use Target Q: $8 – $4 = $4
Use 2 x $1/2: $4 – $2 = $2
In the land of half price it might be slightly different:
Get 4 OM beef hot dogs: 1 = $2, 2 = $2, 3 = $2, 4 = $2 = $8
Use Target Q: $8 – $2 = $6
Use 2 x $1/2: $6 – $2 = $4
So it depends on whether you’re in half-price land (TN/AL typically)or true BOGO land (FL typically). At any rate, you’re at least in the land that lets you use Target Qs as competitor Qs. I’ll miss out on some great deals this week because my Publix accepts Qs only from local traditional groceries.

depends- are you in an area that has a true bogo (Florida mostly) or are you in Tn/Al/Ga where you get doubles and yor items ring up half price?
If you are in an area where the items ring up at full price/ $0, then yes, you would pay for one and get three free. If your items are bogo $3.99, you’d pay $3.99 for four items.
If you are in an area where the items ring up half price, it would look like this (assuming your item is bogo at $3.99)
item a $2.00 -B3G1 = -$2.00
item b $1.99
item a $2.00
item b $1.99
So you would pay $5.98 for 4 items.

Yes Jamey, you can use 4 MQs with the Target Q. If Publix had store Qs available for the specific item, you could also use the store Qs on the 3 that the Target Q doesn’t cover. Michelle has a great Q&A page that you can check out if you have other questions. Happy saving!

Just checking for my tired brain. Is it correct that if the coupon says “Target Web Coupon” it is considered a store or competitor coupon–even though it has a barcode across the bottom? I get confused (easily) because the Publix store coupons have the L.U. number rather than a barcode.That would mean we could combine it with a manufacturer coupon and stack them.
Is that right?
The Target web Q is a competitor’s Q. It has a barcode, but it’s significantly different from the MQ’s barcodes. It appears they just use a more-complicated system than Publix’s 4-number system.
Just a heads up, that Similac coupon won’t match-the 2/$11 would apply to the ready-made (liguid) and not the powder 🙂
i still have a hard time determining the best prices for meat – can anyone tell me what (if anything) is a good price this week?

I see where they are posted on the website under all the kraft product coupons, but when I click that to take me to the actual coupon section, it is not there. Is anyone else having problems with Coupons.com? I have only been able to print one copy of each coupon today. I usually just print what I want, hit back or just go back through and select what I want again.
I haven’t been having trouble, but you can try another trick: After you’ve selected the coupons you want to print, copy the link and paste it into a new tab or window. Then print each one. I hope this helps!

yes, you can. THere are also some other free items coupons to use, as well. Free BBQ sauce, a Glad item and another one…

I have a question: I found a ton of q’s for buy 4 oreo, chips ahoy or ritz 4-6 oz get 1 free(up to 1.50). Since the oreo stix are 5 oz would it be possible to use these as well? That would make it $2.50 for 6 boxes for those of you who do not have true bogo. I only thought of this because for you guys they will ring up $1.50! You can get 6 stix and use 5 $1/1 any oreo and 1 b4g1 (up to $1.50 so it would be free) and pay only $2.50. I have true bogo but I was thinking it might be a good deal for those of you who do not. 🙂
I just bought Coke B2G2 last evening, and found a $2 WYB Coke and a Nabisco cracker tearpad. I bought 5 Coke items (used the Alberton’s Q) for 1..88 and used 4 tear pad Q’s and got 4 boxes of Nabisco cheese it type crackers for free.

if you take the “redeem only at Publix” to Target, WalMart or etc., they can refuse the coupon because of that. It is a marketing ploy to get you into a specific store. They all do it to increase sales.

What part of Florida are you from? I have been told that Publix does not accept Target coupons (I live in Palm Beach County).
If Publix and Target are in the same area, Publix will honor Target coupons. If the Publix manager feels the nearest Target is not true competition, they will refuse Target coupons.

It’s a very good deal, however, sometimes if you keep our eye out for deals at CVS and Walgreens, they run a great deal on them as well. I would say if you need them, then by all means, get them while you have both Q’s! 🙂
Hi Jennifer. If you have a Kroger in your area, they have the best deal this week IMO (ends tomorrow). Kroger will take off $3 for every $15 you spend on Huggies. I have a tearpad from Publix for “Buy 2 bags of Lay’s Potato Chips, save $2.00 on a whole watermelon”. It expires 6/2/10 and has a picture of 2 slices of melon with a yellow bag of chips on it. I got it in Lakeland, FL last week. Hope some of you can find it for this week’s sale!

Michelle, I sooo appreciate you and what you do on this site! It’s quite often that I tell some of my new to couponing friends about iheartpublix. I just wanted to make mention that down here in Publix hometown… Lakeland Fl. Not only do we don’t get any employee discounts, but our stores do not double coupons, and we are in the land of true BOGO. Not to mention the fact that Target is not considered a competitor, b/c we don’t have any Super Targets in our area. So sad!

5 stores in Lakeland take Target coupons; the one on 540 A Publix in the Highlands, Highland City Publix on 98(Which is the BEST..Steve Bryant is the store manager and if I have time I drive a extra 20 minutes to shop at his store) , Lake Miriam , Grove Park, & Oakbridge square on Harden Blvd..I’ve used them at all 5 and even Bartow Publix takes Target….all said d/t the SuperTarget in Haines City!
Gracee…i found the big bottle of french’s mustard for $1.59 with a hangtag for free brown mustard if i bought the yellow. i used a .50 coupon on the big yellow bottle, which doubled, so i got both for 59 cents. i thought that was ok. better than $1.59 for one bottle anyway! i’m in north AL.

According to our ad the Chinet napkins are also BOGO. If you go to Chinet’s website and sign up for their club they will send you a $1.00 coupon off any Chinet purchase which would work for the plates or napkins this week. http://www.mychinet.com/club You should get the email within 10 minutes. It is a brick coupon so you can print twice 🙂 This gets 2 packages of napkins for almost free!!

I have the Target Q B3G1 free and another Q $1/4 Kraft BBQ Sauce. Does that mean I get 4 bottles for .48? I am so confused as how the multiple BOGO ideas go together. haha.

I am first time stacker. I made some mistakes but I think with practice thing will get easier!
I did the Kraft cheese deal BOGO and had a Target coupon for 1.50 off and Publix had B1 cheese get $2 off Italian bread, Edy’s BOGO w/$1 off, Oscar M Deli Selects B3 Target get 1 free & B2 get $1 off & another $1 off, free Smart Balance Milk W/Dixie coupon, Old Spice Body Wash B2 get $1 off & BOGO free coupon. I paid 26.26 and saved 32.48– I know that I can do better and I will in time.
Here is the mistake that I made at CVS- I should have done 2 transactions – Pantene- 2@ 6.97 get $2 extra bucks, Kelloggs cereal 1.68 ea used $1/2, M&M’s 1.98 bags coupon B2 get 1- total 13.55. I should have made 2 transactions a Pantene transaction then used by extra bucks on the other items. Lesson learned…

My Publix in Palm Beach County will not take Target coupons and we do have SuperTargets nearby.
There are Dollar General store coupons for $.50 off when you buy any one bag of Lays Potato Chips 9 oz or larger any flavor/variety if your Publix will accept them as competitor coupons. The wording on back states limit one offer per customer per day.

i bought a whole bunch of buy one get one free kraft/nabisco products. Can the BOGO still be considered towards $30 for the kraft rebate? I mean the product price is still listed it just says PROMOTION -PRICE.
Jo – I also live in Inverness area, out of 4 stores (2 publix, winn dixie & aweetbay there was only 1 tear pad, about 2 blinkies each store, and 1 peelie. Very disappointing. Soo!! when I went into Ocala I stopped at both publix’s on 200 & found fists full of coupons & the extra flyers!! its worth the trip I guess we need to take each week. I could not make anyheadway until then. Its the manufactor reps, they don’t want to bother with rural stores. good luck.
