On July 1,2010 I mailed in a rebate for $20.00 on Aveeno Ageless Vitality. I have copies of the UPC symbol from the box, a copy of my rebate form, and store receipt. It has been ten weeks since I mailed this to you and still have not received my check. Please look into this matter and advise.
