Amanda and I have very similar recipes but I make mine with ground turkey…I just prefer the texture and the taste in the peppers–just as another option 🙂

We love stuffed peppers at my house, too. I make them about once a month or so and use tomato soup instead of the tomato sauce, and cheddar cheese. I’ve even used Velveeta cheese a few times.
