Once again I had good intentions but the week just passed by too fast!! I did not get a chance to make a list before we left today so I just grabbed a few things on our second trip to Publix. The boys had a playgroup this morning and since we were going to be out and about I just had to go grab some FREE blueberries. I earned a bunch of Coca-Cola coupons from My Coke Rewards so I wanted to take advantage of the B2G1 sale too. I was able to get ten 12 packs for free with my 7 coupons (I used one coupon on Monday before they were on sale).
I am underbudget for the week so if I can get myself together I will just grab some things that we need when I shop next week. I noticed that we are low on a few staples…so the extra money will come in handy!
This week I spent $22.03 for $115.69 worth of groceries! That means I saved 81% this week!

I spent 38.00 on 205 worth of groceries this week. woo hoo
I spent $115.94 and saved $115.24. This was my virgin trip as an extreme couponer!! I was super excited and I had mostly name brand products instead of store brands I usually bring home!!
My sister was visiting this week and I took her shopping to show her the ropes. She can’t wait to get back home to Jersey to try and start couponing. Any one know if there are any sites that she can go to in the north?
CrissyK, try directing her to hot coupon world. There are forums for every grocery store-so she should be able to find out some information about couponing at the stores up there! Hope this helps!
At Publix, I paid $19.71 and saved $103.00. I will get back $6.oo in rebates.
Your prices are so much cheaper than they are in my area! I spent $141.25 and saved $297.32 🙂 I use meat and lots of fruits and veggies every day so as much as I would LOVE to spend just dollars I just don’t think it’s possible. Super happy with what I do save though!

I went and had the best trip so far. I spent 104.26 saved 206.94. I have never had to have an overide from a mang. before this really is fun. Thanks for all that comment to help the rest of us up incomers save. Without ya’ll I would not have had anyone to learn from. My parents have never been really frugal. Cheap maybe never frugal.
