Michelle emailed to let me know that there is a great deal on Hormel pork tenderloin if your Publix accepts Albertsons as a competitor (there is a B1G2 Hormel Pork Tenderloin coupon in this week’s Albertsons ad):
Buy 3 hormel pork tenderloins, $6.99 each
-B1G2 Albertsons Q
-(3) $1/1 Hormel pork tenderloin 8/1/2010 SS
= $3.99 for 3 pork tenderloins!!!
Note: I’ve heard from a few readers that their Publix will only honor Albertsons B1G2 coupons as B1G1 deals – so check with your customer service desk!
Marlo emailed to let me know that she found BOGO peelies (MQs) on Fruit Roll Ups yesterday. Since Fruit Roll Ups are BOGO this week, she was able to get both boxes for FREE! Plus, the boxes had Family Movie Night peelies on them. What a great deal!
The lifesaver coupon doesn’t include the ones that are on sale.?
My area Publix accept the Albertson’s meat Q’s as is. I live in south FL, with an Albertson’s 10 minutes away.
Hey deedee… which S. FL Publix took it if you dont mind me asking? I am in Miami/Fort Lauderdale areas and would loooooooove to use this. 😉 Thanks!!
Albertson’s is about 15 miles away from me. But you can use coupon at Publix which at 8140 W. McNab Road, N.Lauderdale, FL 33068. It’s almost on on the corner of McNab and 64th Avenue
I found booklets with $2/2 and $1/1 MorningStar Farm coupons the other day called Tailgating Made Better. It has 6 total coupons and 3 exp 9/30 and 3 of them are valid 10/1 to 11/30.
I’m excited about the Garden of Eatin’ promo – there’s not usually much for us vegetarian/healthy eaters. I guess they believe eating healthily is its own reward. lol It’s only been recently that I’ve found health food coupons, which is great! It appeals to my frugal nature.
Thank you so much for posting the deals. I made a special trip this morning. I got the last peelie on the fruit roll ups, so two free boxes. I also had dentyne coupons to use up, so 6 free packs. The other thing I got was 6 packs of rubbermaid take alongs, I have been needing these!!!!
Re the David’s seeds… are the 10/$10 ones the right size? The six bags we just got from CVS are, unfortunately, too small.
That’s what I’m wondering as well. The size bags for the Walmart rebate are 14.5 to 16 oz which I think would be more expensive than 10/$10. Usually when these are on sale for $1 a bag they are the 4-5 oz size bags.
I price checked these yesterday and the coupon is for the bigger bag size, not the ones on sale. The bigger bag is $2.50 per bag at Publix.
I tried the Albertsons’s coupons and although my publix takes them, they don’t carry the Pork Tenderloin Tips which is what the coupon said. I was VERY disappointed. I might try another Publix to see if another one carries them. Anyone else have success in the Tampa/Clearwater area with them?
Hi Kristen,
I’ve checked about 5 stores in Gainesville, FL, and none of them carry the tips, either. Keep an eye on the Albertsons coupons weekly, you can still score some great deals! One of the reasons I’m not all that bummed about the Hormel this week is because I was able to get about 12 pounds of Publix pork tenderloin for about $25 with last week’s Albertson’s coupon. 🙂
