Nicole emailed to let me know that there is a $1/2 Cheerios coupon on the Rite Aid Video Value coupon. There are a ton of matchups that will make for a great deal (check out weekly ad) These are part of the Love to Shop Here Love to Save Here deals:
General Mills Cheerios Cereal Regular or Multigrain 8.9 to 9 oz box, $1.99 (limit 4)
-$0.75/1 General Mills: Original Cheerios Cereal Rolling
–$1/2 Cheerios Rite Aid Video Value
Buy 2 and use (2) $.75/1 with the $1/2 and pay 74¢ per box!
So, looking at the Cheerios Video Value q… my Publix today (a SUPER coupon-friendly store) told me that Publix corporate has said no drugstore competitor q’s going forward. Has anyone else heard or checked on this? Haven’t had time to research.
yes, my publix in alabama has done away with all comp. coupons. from now on it will be only manf. and publix coupons only. i will still shop there though.
yes, my publix in alabama has done away with all comp. coupons. from now on it will be only manf. and publix coupons only. i will still shop there though.
Lynn, where in AL are you? I’m in Decatur, and Publix is still accepting competitor coupons, although the list of who they will accept has gotten shorter.
I just called my Publix in Tuscaloosa, AL and they are still taking competitor coupons. They take Rite Aid, Walgreens, Dollar General, Family Dollar, CVS, and Winn Dixie. Even if this changes in the future, I’ll still shop there! They are very nice about using coupons and any other grocery store I go I have problems with and I will NEVER again go to Walmart with coupons! I will just pay more for it at Publix!
Our Publix in the Warner Robins/Houston County stores have gotten so picky that it is definitely NOT a pleasure to shop there anymore. They change the rules everyday and then when you get to the register, everything depends on just which cashier you get. They have lost their edge hear by treating their customers so unfairly. I even went back to Walmart last week and I haven’t been there since January. Publix is making for a very unpleasant shopping experience.
The total on the potatoes and gravy deal would be 2.38 because the publix coupon for the b2g1 free states “up to 3.39” It also states that “get one free, up to 3.39 when you buy two products 20 oz or larger” Does anyone know the weight of the steam and mash? There’s a tearpad coupon out there for b2g1 up to 2.50 (free one can’t be steam and mash) manu coupon expires 10/9
Steam and Mash potatoes are 24 oz.
thank you so much! been trying to find that out!
Problem with deal:
The Free G1 only goes up to $3.39
Buy 3 Ore Ida Steam & Mash ($3.99 ea) and 3 Heinz gravy ($1.59 ea), $13.77
-(2) $2 wyb Ore Ida and Heinz gravy Toss 4 Cash
-(3) $1/1 Ore Ida Steam & Mash
-(1) $1/3 Heinz gravy
-(1) B2G1 Ore Ida frozen products Toss 4 Cash
Pay $1.77 for 3 bags of potatoes and 3 jars of gravy!
Therefore the math in this deal is wrong.
The math in that deal is WAY wrong! 3 x 3.99 = 11.97 and 3 x 1.59 = 4.77, which total $16.74. After above coupons, it comes to $5.35 (with B2G1 @ 3.39 as stated on coupon)
your right, I just frefigured the coupon value figuring the total was correct. thanks for pointing that out!
wouldn’t you be able to use three $2 off toss 4 cash coupons? or not because you are using the B2G1 toss 4 cash?
There is a $1/1 mfg coupon on the Uncle Ben’s whole grain white rice (if it hasn’t expired). Stack with the BOGO Q for a great deal. Also at my store Glory foods blackeyed peas (15 oz) were 1.13 so only .23 after the .90/1 coupon.
Can you use both coupons on the Uncle Bens deal??
debk posted this deal over in the Forum
Buy 3 Ore Ida Steam & Mash ($3.99 ea) and 3 Heinz gravy ($1.59 ea), $13.77
THE TOTAL BEFORE COUPONS IS $16.74 ( 3.99*3+ 1.59*3)
I was just starting to type what you said when I saw your post. Yes, the total before is $16.74… The total after all the Qs is $5.75 for the six items — and that doesn’t take into account the “up to $-limit” someone above mentioned.
My EAS Myoplex deal is two ADVANT-Edge shakes, 2/$10, minus -$3 Publix q and 2 -$3.89 qs, to give me them for free with overage.
The problem with that deal is that the EAS $3.89 MQ states “Limit 1 coupon per transaction”…so won’t work I’m afraid.
Where are the store & man Q’s located for EAS. Where they both together in that 1 booklet?
Thanks!
The 3.00 Publix Q is in the Publix Family Magazine (you can sign up to get their magazines mailed to you on their website). The MF is on the EAS website – you have to hunt around a little if I remember right and it is a try it free offer, but states “up to 3.89” on the Q
Does anyone know where to find the EAS 3.89 coupon?????
Oops! I just noticed that Julie already posted where to find it! Sorry! 🙂
Per transaction is per 4 pak. I’m buying 2 4 paks. That’s two transactions.
I think you are getting confused with the “One per purchase” argument. You are making 2 purchases when you buy 2 4 packs but you are only making 2 transactions when you separate your orders and actually have a separate transaction.
So just to clear up… talked to my store mgr who says they are only not taking drugstore “$x/$xx” dollars off transaction competitor q’s anymore… will still take drugstore product q’s. HUGE sigh of relief here.
there are $2/2 cheerios cereal peelie on packages, plus free gallon of milk when you buy 3 general mill cereals, also albertson has a coupon in their ad for $4 off 10 general mills product. today I paid $5.45 for 10 boxes of cereals, 3 gallons of milk and 2 boxes of yogurts( peelie free yogurt wu buy multigrain cheeris, these are 1.99 each , not bogo)
coupons rule
I saw the freshmatic deal today at my store before I saw this post. I guess I got lucky because my compact freshmatics were 4.99 so a 2.01 money maker for me. Yeah!!! wish I had gotten my hands on more of the publix booklets, I have tons of the manu coupons from the paper a week or two ago.
I figured out the freshmatic deal at the same time those on the forum did, but I didn’t realize the compact would be marked down to 4.99. So, when I went, I had to scramble to make up the difference and didn’t quite get it all covered! My receipt reads: Order Total -1.79! Tax 5.30 Grand Total $3.51 Your Savings at Publix $ 97.46. They actually paid some of my tax… ha ha. (My best receipt ever!) 🙂
Just letting you all know that I found Glory Corn Muffin Mix at my store for .79 regular price. I got it free with overage with my .90 coupon!
Everyone needs to check their home mailer coupons. there is a 1.00/1 palmolive coupon, and 1.00/1 suavital coupon that goes with the publix for all the family favorites booklet. I got mine in the mail.
Same here. I got those (plus a few other goodies) in my Red Plum mailer this week.
Where can I find the ‘For all the Family Favorites’ booklet??? I looked in my Publix, but didn’t see it….
