It’s Friday and that means that today is the day to send in your questions for “Ask I Heart Publix”!
Your questions can be about anything – basic couponing information, how to use the site, finding coupons, other ways to save, whatever you’re curious about! Every Wednesday I’ll answer 10 of your questions. There’s also a tab at the top of the site where all past questions and answers are stored.
Keep asking, and we’ll keep answering! Email your questions to contactiheartpublix at gmail dot com. If it has been a while and your question has not been answered please resend. My inbox can be a monster and sometimes things can get lost 😀
Also, if you’d like to be featured on the new Reader Spotlight, you can also email the idea for your post (or your completed post!) to contactiheartpublix at gmail dot
Awesome products! Gotta love tupperware!!
Well my question is about organization. How do you guys organize your coupons? I’ve heard baseball card holders in a binder do the trick. Any other suggestions? Right now I have envelopes and it’s hard to shuffle through all of them for just one coupon. I’m new to this and want to learn 🙂
I was just wondering if you have a B1G1 free coupon on a B1G1 sale item…then how do you figure out what you will pay out of pocket if the items already ring up the 1/2 price. Do you get 2 items for free or do you pay the 1/2 price of the alrady 1/2 price. I hope I am explaining this correctly.
I have done it once or twice and when mixed in a bigger order with more than one coupon being used I have received the items free.
Thanks, I have the same questions. I still do not understand?
I am still fairly new to couponing, and am trying to figure out how much and what to stockpile. I know that most of it depends on what my family uses, but have you found that it is nice to stock up in September and October to get ready for the holidays?
I read that if you have more than 50 dollars in coupons, the manager has to come over to approve the transaction? Is that 50 dollars saved, 50 dollars in just regular coupons, or 50 dollars in coupons + publix’s doubling?
Ok, kinda late but, here’s my question for the week. How do you deal with the customers in line behind you getting upset over your coupon usage. I had a man today make me feel awful for using so many and holding up the line. I normally don’t make eye contact to avoid confrontation but he was huffing and puffing saying “man, there’s more??” every few seconds. I looked at him and told him that I have 7 kids and every bit saved helps. But he still kept making comments. What do you guys do? And yes…I do have 7 kids, lol.
I had the same kind of thing happen to me on Friday. I ignored her and figured she was making a fool out of herself for it. My husband said I shoulda taken the receipt and said, “Wow… $92 in savings. How about you? How much did you save?” LOL
My question is about sushi specifically. I love sushi very much. But it is kind of expensive and Publix seems never have it on sale. How do you find a good deal on sushi? Thanks.
