Make sure you are a new customer…my husband will be a new customer and can then get the free shipping. I have not had a chance to do my order yet…but I see the promo listed on their page?? Once I get to do mine I will see if I can figure it out and report back!
How do you get the free shipping? I have $22.00 worth of stuff in my cart and still says $10, $15 and $22 for shipping? Is there a code?
I just ordered – my shipping clicked over to free as soon as I passed $20. (20.59 in my cart). Have you signed up as a new customer (i.e. entered your email/password, etc)?
This is fabulous! I got several things I’ve had on my wish list for awhile and just havent’ gotten around to getting them!

I think I figured out the problem some of you might be having… If you DID register as a new customer but still aren’t getting the items free, make sure you clicked the link that was posted above (through Iheartpublix). If you clicked on a link that was sent to you from a friend or posted on another site, it might have that person’s “refer-a-friend” code embedded into it, and the prices come up completely different that way!
