Each week my buddy Tiffany over at Zeal For A Deal puts together a list of items that you can get for around$3. Isn’t it amazing to think that $3 a week can provide a big bag of groceries to a church pantry or food bank and barely impact your budget!!
For about $150 a year you can provide over $750 worth of food to someone in need!! Now that is definitely Change For A Change!!

this is a fantastic idea… i would like to start doing this for a local charity that we give a lot too. but can someone please tell me what is an ss insert? or where u get most of these coupons? from newspapers? thanks.
