Meagan over at Frugal Fun and Fortune has our weeklyVeggie Delight.  Today she has one of my favorite food combinations: basil, tomatoes & mozzarella! 
I love Caprese Salads and this is basically that in a sandwich form!  I try to keep fresh basil growing on my porch…but it bit the dust a few weeks ago.  After seeing this sandwich I think I might have to bite the bullet and buy some at the store.
