It has been a crazy day here! Yes, we decided to brave the stores and do a little shopping. The funny thing is that we are completely done shopping but just wanted to get out of the house. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Most of the stores were more than prepared for the masses (all except Toys R Us…when I saw the lines I should have just turned around–oh well.)
Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts sent me “Snack”urday but I am late getting it posted. You will definitely want to check it out. This week she has Christmas Brownies for us. These would be perfect to bring to your holiday function!

could you use icing or coolwhip as a topping instead of mealted chocolate chips, and add the pepermint pieces?
This amy be a silly question, but how do you get the brownie out of the pan in one piece. i have always cute them in squares.
