Mike’s Hot Honey Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs carrots, washed and peeled (cut if needed to similar sizes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup Mike’s Hot Honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 ̊F.
  2. Lay carrots out in a single layer on a roasting pan.
  3. Drizzle the oil over the carrots, add salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes in oven or until tender.
  5. Take the carrots out of the oven and transfer them to a serving platter, toss with Mike’s Hot Honey (or Mike’s Hot Honey – Extra Hot) and serve.
