Jalapeño & Bacon PUB CHEESE® Stuffed Monkey Bread

Serves: 50 balls
Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz tub PUB CHEESE® by PRÉSIDENT®
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 refrigerated pizza dough
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
  2. Spray or brush a bundt pan with olive oil, set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the PUB CHEESE® spreadable cheese, jalapeño and chopped bacon and gently mix to combine.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into approximately (50) 2-inch squares.
  5. Add a heaping teaspoon of the cheese mixture to the middle of each dough square.
  6. Fold the dough to enclose the cheese and then roll in your hand to form a ball.
  7. Place the ball into the prepared pan. Repeat with all the dough/cheese and arrange evenly around the bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until dough is golden brown.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a plate and serve.
