- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 1 pint Talenti Vanilla Peanut Butter Swirl Gelato
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
- Freeze the bananas at least 4 hours on wax or parchment paper.
- Make the chocolate coating by melting the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- To assemble the Frozen Chunky Monkey Bites add 1 tablespoon of Talenti Gelato on one banana slice and then top with a second banana slice.
- Spoon the chocolate over the layered banana bite to coat it completely.
- Add about 1/2 teaspoon of chopped nuts to the top and place on a piece of parchment paper.
- Store the bites in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
