I got the offer (N. metro Atl) but did not see it in my store. Will keep looking…maybe it will show up before the offer expires.
Does anyone else have the issue where they have a digital coupon for a free item activated in their Publix account but when they checkout and enter their phone # at the register, the digital coupon does not get applied and the item rings up at its normal price? This has happened to me a few times now and it’s quite frustrating because then I have to return the item.
This happens on and off, I just go to customer service and they give me the refund of what I paid. If you have the app on your phone, you could show them that, I don’t have one, but I usually do a screenshot and paste a copy of the coupon to my written shopping list, so I can show them that and so far I have not had a problem with getting the money back.
I got the free coupon (Metro Atlanta) , hope they will stock this soon. I got a freebie coupon at Kroger and it expired, they never had it in stock and then I got another free coupon, they do this sometimes when the product is not out yet or something, but again, it never showed up in the store, so recently when I was in Publix, I looked to see if they had it and no, no one seemed to even know about it.
