it says on all Hallmark stuff, so I usually get a card worth 2.00, then you can get the paper bags that are .25 or the bows that are 1.00.
I used it today on 5 of the 99 cent cards and they took it…Great deal!

The coupon is on a tearpad on the card isle. I like to buy the curling ribbon with these coupons. It is 1.29 if I remember correctly.
