Shannon over at The Bargain Buggy found a Sutter Home coupon booklet called “Build a Better Burger” in the wine section of her store. Included are a bunch of great coupons like a $2 meat rebate, a $2/1 Colavita olive oil, and a $1/1 Bic Multipurpose lighter. Keep your eyes out for this one!
Kathi emailed to share a link to a $1.25/1 Recycled Reynolds Wrap HERE.
Raydel emailed to let me know that Albertson’s is running a “Buy One, Get Two Free Seasoned Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts” coupon in their ad this week. This one might be iffy since the coupon specifies “seasoned” breasts, but if your store considers Albertson’s a competitor, you might want to take a copy in to your customer service desk and ask if they’ll honor it. If they say yes, you’ll get a great deal on chicken breast!
Cindy emailed to let me know that there’s a great new $.60/2 Old El Paso coupon on Coupons.com. This will make for an even better sale this week! I also found one on the Target website!!
Carmen over at All In The Buggy found a tearpad that will also make for a great deal–it included the following:
$1/2 Old El Paso products (excludes refrigerated, frozen or soup items)exp 3/30/11
$1.50/2 mission products (no beer required)exp 5/31/10
These were both found in front of the store on the Corona Beer display board
Candi emailed to let me know that she found Rotel on BOGO in her store. If your store has the same deal, you can use any of these coupons to score a great deal:
-$1/3 RoTel , any DND-9 – All You, April 2010
-$1/3 RoTel Canned Tomatoes, Any (DND 9) – ConAgra Rediscover Your Balance Booklet
-B2G1 RoTel – All You, September 2009 – valid up to $1.00
Finally, Jennifer over at Once Upon a Coupon has her weekly Publix Menu Plan up HERE.–thanks Jennifer
My Publix accepted the chicken as Albertson’s competitor coupon but I think it really depends on who you talk to because sometimes they will accept it and other times they will not.
My Publix wouldn’t honor the seasoned chicken breast coupon from Albertson’s. Apparently seasoned chicken breasts are priced at about $4.79/lb, which would be the only way they would allow me to use it.
Just a heads up on the 1.50/2 Mission Products Tearpad. Mine was good only in AL, MO, OR, TX and WV.
Those sound like some great recipes!! I’ll have to try a few! Just a tip to anyone shredding chicken, if you have a bosch or kitchen aid with whish attachments, right after you cook the chicken and it is still hot throw it in your electric mixer on high for just a few seconds and it’ll shred the chicken… this tip saves so much time and I was SO grateful when someone shared it with me, so just thought I’d share if anyone hadn’t heard it already 🙂

I talked to the butcher (after reading a post from someone on another blog, the publixs around here do not have out seasoned chicken, so I have never tried to use these coupon before). They will season the chicken breasts for an extra .50 cents a pound. So 2.49 a pound. The labeling then reflects to say publix seasoned chicken breasts, and I had no probelm using the coupon at the register! So ended up getting 6 pounds of chicken for under 5 dollars (Had 2 coupons, so did this twice!!) Awesome deal, especially since the chicken was on sale at Publix this week!
I got some of the Rotel BOGO yesterday…Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks for the tip on shredding chicken. I’m going to have to try that b/c the “two fork method”, although effective, takes quite a bit more time and effort.
