See I already forgot!  I am going to try my best to post my meal plan for the week every Monday night.  I have to admit that it really keeps me on track AND helps me plan a little more which in turn leads to more variety!! I have a bad habit of slipping into a rut and just making the old stand by meals…so creating a meal plan really makes me more aware of what I am making each week!! 
Since so many of you have asked how I create meals from my crazy shopping list…here is what I will be making for dinner this week:
Monday – Chicken Soft Tacos
Tuesday – Spinach & Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken Breast, Grilled Zucchini, Rice side dish (I usually do spinach and feta but I have gorgonzola so I am going to give it a whirl)
Wednesday – Beef Stroganoff & Spinach Salad
Thursday – Turkey Burgers & Sweet Potato Fries
Friday – Greek Chicken Kabobs & Veggies, Starch (Not sure what yet)
Saturday–Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (crockpot
Sunday –  Mother’s Day–dinner out!
oops…I forgot Sunday is Mother’s Day!  We will be celebrating at a Brazilian Steakhouse…so the cabbage rolls will move to Saturday!!
