It has been a couple of week since I posted my meal plan.  So many of you are curious how I make my meals and often ask how on earth I make meals from my shopping list.  SO…I am going to try my best to get it added each Monday. I actually like forcing myself to do it since it helps so much with my shopping list!!
Here is what I have planned this week:
Balsamic Chicken with Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms, Field Peas & Mashed Potatoes (taters for the boys as they are not yet quite fans of spinach 😀 )  –Let me just tell you…this was a FABULOUS recipe.  I could drink that sauce– it was so good!!  I think I need Susan to give me a new recipe every day!! YUM!!
Asian Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple,  Fried Okra, Fruited Rice
Grilled BBQ Chicken, Corn Casserole, Green Beans
Shepherds Pie & Corn Muffins
Sweet & Sour Turkey Meatballs with Broccoli & Onions over Rice
Grilled Hot Dogs, Taco Night or Pizza Night–it will depend on my mood 🙂
