Horseradish Deviled Eggs With Bacon

Ingredients
  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 slices Hatfield Bacon, cooked crisp and finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
  2. Mash egg yolks in small bowl. Stir in the Mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, ground mustard, salt, pepper, dill and chopped bacon.
  3. Spoon or pipe yolk filling into egg whites. Chill, if desired. Garnish, if desired, with additional chopped dill and chopped bacon.
