I went to redeem my Ibotta deal and it had disappeared from my account. I checked my Ibotta account yesterday and it said the Jet-Puffed Bites coupon was good for 2 days.
The same thing happened to me. On November 6th I claimed the offer at 1:39 PM and it said there were three days left (i.e. expires 11/9/21 at 11:52 PM). I went shopping later that afternoon and when I scanned the item to ensure it qualified, the offer was down to 19 hours left (i.e. expires 11/7/21 at 10:00 AM). When I got home after shopping and went to redeem the offer it was no longer there.
If you bought the item while it was still active, report the issue and customer service usually credits it. That’s my experience with ibotta anyway.
Yes, they did credit me last night after I submitted a request, but that had not happened when I first commented.
