Kelli emailed me about a GREAT Mail In Rebate that I have never seen–but should come in very handy for you folks in Florida!
If you go HERE you can download a form for a rebate on one bag of potatoes when you buy three 5-lb bags. Publix currently has their white potatoes as an essential item priced at $1.99.
Your purchases must be made between October 1 and November 16. Since the Essentials just started you should have a few weeks that the price will be $1.99. Make sure to read all the details on the rebate form.

Thanks for posting this for us FL residents 🙂 From reading the details it looks like you can purchase them on different receipts but they must all be the same brand.
That’s cool!!! I like to cook a large batch of potatoes and mash them and freeze them. This will be great for that!
