I can’t believe that I am actually getting the my Meal Plan Monday done on time this week 🙂 I have to admit that there is nothing fancy this week –except Amanda’s yummy meal deal that I am going to give a whirl. I have not had time to look for new recipes. So I am sticking with some tried and true things that I know will please everyone in my house!Â
Here is what I have planned this week:
Pork Roast with Potatoes, Carrots & Onion, Broccoli (Steamfresh)
Crockpot Lasagna (with hidden grated veggies–no one ever knows 🙂 )
Chicken Pot Pie
Caramel Apple Pork Chops HERE, Green Bean Casserole, Mashed Potatoes
Spaghetti With Meatballs, Salad
Breakfast for Dinner (this one is subject to change based on my mood!)
An idea for breakfast, you could use a bag of the hashbrowns I think the Simply Potatoes, some sausage (or turkey sausage), onion chopped, 1 3/4 of grated cheese. 1/2 can of evaporated milk, and 6 eggs. Brown your meat and saute your onions with your meat put it in a greased (spray) crock pot, put the bag of potatoes in and the cheese. Mix the eggs, with the milk and 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper pour it in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, stir occasionally.
