Land o’ Frost….not Land o Lakes. And there is a .50/1 MQ in 8/9 that expires 10/31 for it. So if your Publix doubles, it’s $2.50 for a lb of lunchmeat.

Kroger actually has a better deal this week for the Eckrich sausage, B1G1 ($3.79) = $1.89 ea. – .55 = $1.34 each!

If anyone needs some overage to cover i did this the other day. i had to buy meat and i never seem to have coupons for that. If you have the advantage brand products coupons (there was a whole page in either ss or rp). for products like citrical, contac, osta cal, etc, but there was also 2 coupons that covered alll of them one buy 2 of any of those products get $7 off and buy 3 get $10. At publix contac cold and flu is 3.99 (i had LOTS of these coupons because they seemed to be everywhere and i never thought id use them). The contac coupons were for $2 (i used 3) making them 1.99 each and then i used the buy 3 get $10 off. so i had $4 in overage to cover my package of meat. i was so excited. Thought it might help some one else. And we have cold and flu meds for the season now.
