Stephanie emailed to let me know that she found a GREAT way to use two of my favorite things…Swagbucks and Restaurant.com!!! You can score a Restaurant.com $25 e-gift card for only 40 Swagbucks!!
I am so used to just getting Amazon cards that I rarely look at any other offers!! I am not sure if you can combine a promo offer as well but it might be worth a try! I found the code ENJOY that will get you 70% off at Restaurant.com.
If you are not on the Swagbucks bandwagon I highly suggest joining…this is yet another perk!
Thanks so much Stephanie!!!
I haven’t found a way to combine them yet. Last year we got in on a special where we got $125 worth of certificates for $5. They emailed 5 individual certificate numbers worth $25 each, you choose a restaurant, and redeem with no option of putting in a discount code. If anyone knows of another way to do it please let us know!
I’m confused – is the $25 actual value in the restaurant or is $25 actual value at restaurant.com website? Cause there is a big difference between the 2.
I believe my friend used her swagbucks once for this prize, and you just get the $25 restaurant gift card of your choice. I don’t think that its an actual $25 to spend at restaurant.com.
For 40 Swagbucks you will get a $25 e-gift card to Restaurant.com —
from the swagbucks site: Redeem this e-Gift Card for a $25 Gift Certificate at any of the participating eateries on Restaurant.com.
Kim’s right. You’ll be able to pick out a $25 certificate from the restaurants listed, which makes it ineligible for any further discounts. Definitely worth 40 Swagbucks, though!
I have been looking everywhere for an answer to my question. I hope someone could answer it 🙂
I am new to Swagbucks. So far, I have 1,500 sb and have been wondering what I wanted to use them on. I have been interested in the Restaurant.com e-gift card and noticed its listed in the Swagbuck store (now for 400sb and not 40sb). There is a blog I frequent, and asked its owner about this, but her reply was Swagbucks does not offer this. I’m not sure if she just doesn’t know about this deal?
Anyway, my question was, do to my own choice…I do not have a debit/credit card. I see that purchasing certificates you can use a major credit card or Paypal. This makes it impossible for me right now, unless I can use a Visa gift card that I register my name and address to. Are these e-gift cards offered from Swagbucks a way I can purchase Restaurant.com certificates? This would be great for me. And even though I’d have to purchase through SB and thus not having the option for any promo codes for discounts, I’d still be getting it free using SB.
If anyone can answer my question that would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.
